2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Orders are generally delivered within 7 days from the date of order and/or payment confirmation.

  • The exact delivery date will be as per the confirmation provided to you at the time of order placement.

  • Delivery timelines are subject to courier company/postal service norms and may vary based on your location.

⚠ Note: The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for any delay caused by the courier company, postal authority, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions.

3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • All orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase.

  • Please ensure that the address, pin code, and contact details are accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

  • Once your order is shipped, a confirmation along with tracking details (if available) will be sent to your registered email ID.

  • You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • If any shipping charges are applicable, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable even in the case of order return or cancellation.

6. EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT SHIPPING

  • Approved exchange or replacement products will be shipped and delivered within 5-7 working days from the date the return product is received and verified.
