REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes how you can cancel an order or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through our Platform https://cndrlshop.in (“Platform”).

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 10 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation requests may not be entertained if:

    • The order has already been communicated to the seller/merchant listed on the Platform

    • The product has been shipped or is out for delivery

In such cases, you may refuse to accept the product at the time of delivery.

2. RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Once a return request is approved, you will be notified, and the product will be collected from your address (where applicable).

3. REFUND

  • Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • The approved refund amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

  • In the case of pre-paid orders, the refund will be credited to the same bank account/card/wallet used for payment.

4. EXCHANGE

  • If you wish to exchange an item, you can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  • Please report such issues within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

  • Once verified, the refund or replacement will be processed as per the timelines mentioned above.

6. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

  • Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., innerwear, personal care products, etc.).

  • Such items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
