    • Accompanied by all original tags, labels, and invoices

2. REFUND

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

3. EXCHANGE

  • You may request an exchange for eligible products within 10 days of delivery.

  • Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after we receive the returned item.

4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.

  • Such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to our support team.

5. NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

  • Products that are used, damaged due to misuse, or not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.
